Tues: 7am - until work is finished
Wed-Sat: 630am - until work is finished

Associate must be flexible and occasionally be able to work overtime and other hours as needed by unit Functional Description:Under immediate supervision, the associate will assist the leadership team by processing daily incoming transactions in the mailroom, using industry standard, high-speed extraction and imaging machines, computers and manual tools.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Opening and scanning machine-open mail using high-speed mail extraction and imaging stations, as well as, hand opening certain types of mail and then scanning
Preparing, scanning and indexing paper documents suitable for imaging.
Performance will be measured in four areas; Quality, productivity, time and attendance
Work independently, as well as, with a team
Maintain high level of accuracy.
Individual must have the ability to meet production standards, deadlines and goals in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
Verifies work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Creates and maintains files.
Ensures accuracy and completeness data.
Performs clerical tasks in the mailroom.
Receives and distributes incoming mail and materials.
May provide office support as necessary.
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Experience in mailroom, paper and electronic document handling and high-speed document imaging
Highly detail oriented.
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy and production levels, adapting successfully to unexpected changes in workload
Must be able to work under strict deadlines and timeframes.
