We are seeking a part-time or full-time Marketing Manager who will assist property management with the followings:
- Assist with tours and apt. showings
- Assist with leasing campus apts. to prospective tenants
- Initiate, plan and implement marketing efforts
- Build relationships with university groups, campus student organizations and local businesses
- Assist with social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct and maintain online tasks including Google business page, Reddit, website blog, etc.
- Conduct and maintain online advertising with our website and commercial platforms such as Craigslist, etc.
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
- Participate in weekly meetings and complete required training for âRent Managerâ
Qualifications:
- Minimum two year college degree.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Email, Social Media, Digital Art, and the Internet.
- The ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures, use basic math skills, and exercise effective verbal and written communication skills with residents and guests.
- Customer service experience.
- Enthusiastic personality
