Family owned HVAC business that services all of Chicagoland looking for someone to assist owner with customer service calls, service scheduling, customer follow up, typing estimates, running errands (business and personal), personal assistance, etc. Business operates Monday-Sunday (full time+) out of a home office (casual) in down town Saint Charles.
Looking for someone local to Saint Charles, flexible, reliable, prompt, able to work full time+ (work days to be determined), every other Sunday on call, very organized, detail oriented, team player, self driven, forward thinker, willing and able to manage multiple task, willing and able to maintain a positive attitude while under pressure (stressful environment at times).
Requirements
Customer service experience.
Customer scheduling experience.
Microsoft excel, word and outlook experience.
Some quickbooks experience.
Some HVAC experience.
Job Type: Full-time+
Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour
