The Job:
Troubleshoot and resolve customer service and solutions
Updating databases with status of equipment, returns, repairs and replacements for sales orders
Schedule field service calls
Handle requests for additional company materials
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organizational skills with attention to detail
