At E78 Partners, we assist our clients in finding just the right candidates to fit their needs! Our Client is currently seeking an Enterprise Data Archiving Architect to support their team. This Data Archiving Architect will be leading a large Data Archive project for a global company. This role is fully remote and a multi-year project!Key Skills: Data Archiving, Mainframe, Oracle, Legacy Transformation, Solix, Cloud Migration, Strategy, Roadmap, Architect, Program ManagementResponsibilities and Qualifications:

• Archiving application & user data from retired and live applications (file systems, cloud office, content collaboration tools, content platform services, relational databases, website content, and other communication content types)
• Archival and record management, including file plan management and record declaration
• Analyzing and classifying data and enabling retention management of archive content; Applying data reduction across multiple content types; business-focused retention and deletion of data, and the management of aging data based on a clear understanding of its value
• Creation of searchable index of content and knowledge of basic tools for e-discovery and supervision of multiple discovery/ audit events
• Open API architecture to advance data access to specialized analytics and e-discovery tools
• Migration tools that move existing archives to new archive platform
• Applying artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/Client) capabilities to further enrich data such as automating classification, and improving accuracy and operational efficiencies across multiple use cases
• Creation and executive approval of 2-5 IT Business Cases
• Created detailed Life Cycle models, TCO models, operating models; developed detailed risk analysis, scenario analysis, root cause analysis
• Created 1-2 Enterprise Archiving Strategic Plans; created 2-5 Enterprise Strategic Plans
• Applications : Oracle (R11/ R12/HCM), Kronos, PeopleSoft, Ceridian
• DB Types: Oracle, DB2/ AS400, SQL 2012
• 10 - 15 yrs+ experience

Education

• BS (Information Systems, IT, Engineering, etc.), MBA, MS (Finance, IT, Information Systems)

Open to independent consultant on Corp to Corp, or W2 hourly+ benefits.
