We're working with an innovative computer software company in the West Loop. This is a great area, filled with many local restaurants and businesses. The company needs a Senior Java Engineer to join their team who creates customer interface from another team's API. They are looking for a strong leader who can help foster their environment. This role is great for someone familiar with certain JVM languages looking to solidify their understanding.

This company works with Java 8, Spring Boot, and other JVM languages but they've also started using Python and AWS so familiarity with these is a plus. If you're a strong Java engineer ready for something new, this is for you!
Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years with Java 8+ and Spring Boot
• AWS
• Kotlin or Scala familiarity
• B.S. in STEM

Desired Skills & Experience

• Python
• Dynamo or Kinesis
• PostgreSQL
