The Assistant General Manager will help ensure the smooth and efficient operational procedures within all departments enabling the Equinox club to provide the highest level of customer service. Train and supervise the Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers while helping the General Manager facilitate all delegated projects and responsibilitiesManage multiple aspects of inventory control, payroll budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage and general club maintenanceEducate staff on proper company policies and proceduresPay TransparencyThis is a full time, salaried position ranging from $70,000-$75,000 annually
