Learn more at KeeperSecurity.com.About the RoleThe Technical Writer Intern will be mentored by and report to a Keeper Technical Analyst and will be responsible for supporting the Product team on daily tasks and projects.Responsibilities

Write, update, and edit end user-focused technical documentation related to the Keeper Security suite of products in French

Develop, produce and edit end-user training videos related to the Keeper Security suite of products in French

Contribute to and optimize our Translation Management System using French language skills

Requirements

Bilingual fluency in French/English (ability to read, write, and speak in both English and French)

Must have a strong desire to learn and professional drive to succeed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and be personable and dependable

Familiarity with drafting internal and/or external communications content including employee memos, press releases and media advisories

Experience creating engaging social media content

Strong organizational and planning skills

Ability to assist in administrative duties including updating media page on website

Interest in learning social media and traditional media analytics and performance metrics

Current enrollment in a related BS or master’s degree is preferred

Basic working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office Products

Strong organizational and/or project management skills and excellent writing and editing skills in French
