· 6+ years relevant work experience after MS, in Business Analysis.
· Strong time-management, verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to understand business requirements, analyze and document it
· Demonstrated ability to effectively influence people
· Extensive Experience on working with stakeholders to define and document detail level requirements
· 4+ years of experience working with the 5 stages of project management: Initiation, Planning Execution, Monitor and Control, Closeout
· Prior Airlines Domain experience is a plus
· Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
· Experience with PPM tools: e.g. Microsoft PPM, Clarity, other.
· Proficient with MS Project.
· Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
