Enterprise Operations is hiring a Claims Adjuster to provide evaluation, adjudication and processing in a timely, cost effective manner that is compliant with state regulations and company policies.This is your opportunity to provide claim service in a manner that promotes integrity and customer satisfaction.As a Claims Adjuster, your responsibilities will include:Evaluation, adjudication and processing in a timely, cost effective manner that is compliant with state regulations and company policies.

Reviewing policy provisions and medical facts, along with any other documentation as needed, to make an appropriate claim decision in accordance with statutory and company requirements.

Calculating payment of benefits due and processes claims in the appropriate admin system.

Communicating with beneficiaries, policyholders and/or agents to request additional documentation, or to advise them of procedures necessary to complete claim adjudication and to communicate claim decisions.

Documenting claim file of all actions taken.

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes once identified.

The Claims Adjuster position is well-suited for you if you:Provide prompt and high-quality customer service to our policyholders, beneficiaries and agents.

Hold basic knowledge of claims administrative procedures, insurance products and medical terminology.

Have good critical thinking abilities and can prioritize.

Effectively communicate, both verbally and through written correspondence to our customer.

Qualified candidates will have:Bachelors’ degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

One year of insurance industry or financial services customer service experience preferred.

One year of claims experience preferred.
