Job Description
The primary purpose of this role is to provide subject matter expertise on the Privileged Access Service toolset, which includes CyberArk. This a key role for designing and implementing enhancements to the tools and processes based on security best practices, service escalations, and requested improvements.
This position will be based remotely to begin with and post Covid-19 will be either at Chicago or Washington DC, USA, and will be required to work closely with client and UST Global/CyberProof stakeholders. This position will report to the Project Manager and Program Administrator.

Key Responsibilities for the CyberArk Application Security SME (Engineer/Architect)
Provide L3/SME support for CyberArk PAM component and applications onboarded to use the integration with AIM
o Identify any hardcoded IDs in the code, across service, functional and shared account IDs
o Create plan for what IDs need to be in CyberArk.
o Create strategy for Password rotation.
o Replace current functional ID parameters in Ab Initio with new EPRS commands to retrieve credentials from CyberArk.
o Test each modified component.
Execute the communication strategy through all SDLC Phases.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert ('SME') and liaison with InfoSec teams, during discussions on technical architecture and design reviews, address, clarify and lead discussions on security architecture and design, provide inputs, feedback, advice, and guidance as required.
Develop processes to create and maintain knowledge articles.
Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Commercial and Custom Applications, Databases and networking Devices, middleware and databases
Hands-on the automation & DevOps infrastructure of CyberArk multi-component products in complex multi-platform environment
Experience with the scripting technologies and tools that drive automation and enable product teams and end users to move towards self-service
Experience in the using/automating CyberArk Web Service APIs / SDK
Current understanding of Industry trends and emerging threats
Background with components such as CyberArk vaults, accounts, policies, etc
Review and understand existing InfoSec process and document expectations.
Categorize applications against by security groups - A Security group shall be combination of technology pattern, application runtime architecture & and if it holds PHI/PII data etc.

Must have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Equivalent Degree.
Strong overall IT experience with preference being in Cybersecurity.
Strong MS-Excel programming/scripting skills
Experience supporting CyberArk with preferred background in deployment & implementation of Application Identity Manager.
CyberArk Platform certification preferred
Self-motivated, confident and reliable
Ability to assume ownership and willingness to take responsibility and manage projects to completion
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with root cause analysis
Well versed in documentation of installation procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc.
Hands on experience in Windows programming (.Net, VB Scripting, PowerShell, Administrative scripting) a plus.
Experience with Windows/ UNIX platforms in large heterogeneous environment.
Understanding typical Enterprise Change Management processes.
CISSP, CISM and/or CISA a plus
Demonstrated ability to communicate to nontechnical audience on technical issues
Ability to work flexible hours
Responsible to train other co-location colleagues that supports Cyberark
Minimum of 10-15+ years of experience in Information Security.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in customer facing roles.
Through understanding of SDLC Security Policies, Design and Documentation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong communicator and fluent in English.
