job summary:
Build out a best in class COE for DevSecOps with our financial client in downtown Chicago. This company is mnutes rom the train and is embracing the latest tech from Machine Leanring and AI to RPA and Azure.
This role will be comprised of both hands-on development of their Azure Devops pipeline for continuous integration as well as working to develop and institiute standardized tools, processes and documentation across the organization. This is a lead role to help the bank on their journey to insource the DevOps function, standardize tools and processes, and upskill internal resources and evagleize/train internal resources for adoption. Their goal is to speed up software development and increase quality and security.

responsibilities:
- Develop Azure DevOps pipeline for continous integration
- Scripting and coding (javascript, angular, .Net, python, etc)
- Development of standardized tools, process and documentation.
- Roll out adoption of standardized tools and processes to the enterprise.
- Must be able to colloborate, work in a team, have excellent communication and influencing skills along with ability to train/upskill others.
