Job Description

Looking for a Director of Product Design to lead the initiative in creating intuitive digital products. You will use the latest technologies to create and build custom solutions for clients. You will work to combine collective expertise to solve complex challenges across various businesses through technology, design, and product thinking

The ideal candidate will have experiencing leading and managing a design team.
Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with global product and engineering teams
  • Ability to connect design to business results through operational metrics
  • Experience with building, scaling, adapting, and growing teams to changing markets and industries
  • Deep understanding of the unique challenges of design within consultant services
  • Experience interviewing, coaching, and mentoring
  • Strong and clear communication and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Previous consulting experience is a plus
  • What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

- Set, deliver, and demonstrate results from the roadmap you will create for your product team

- Scale the Product Design Practice

- Tackle complex problems and situations

- Provide career development and mentoring to the design team

- Collaborate across cross functional teams
