Job Description:At Bank of America, we’re guided by a common purpose: to help make financial lives better by connecting clients and communities to the resources they need to be successful.Global Banking Mobile Initiatives Director will chamption and develop new innovative mobile capabilities for our Global Banking clients. You will be a key member of the business, who is the conduit to technology thru the agile team. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of strategic mobile initiatives, conducting competitive analysis and market research across mobile, writing and accepting user stories that align to product features and ensuring the backlog is groomed and prioritized for execution. The Director will collaborate closely with product managers (across Treasury, Credit, FX, Payments, etc.), front-end developers, and business analysts on early stage prototypes up through final product implementation. The Director will advocate for what our clients want, need and expect from the products we develop, and have a knack for translating our strategy and complex business asks into efficient and intuitive mobile user experiences.Responsibilities

Leading the strategy of the company on mobile and championing a mobile first approach

Conducting competitive analysis and market research across mobile

Requirements Analysis: detailed definition of customer specifications and requirements. Work closely with product managers, customers, business people and R&D to translate business needs into detailed software specifications;

Managing the mobile product roadmap including, mobile web, native iOS and Android, hybrid applications, and progressive web apps

Project management: planning, coordination and controlling of incoming projects and managing product backlog and versions using SCRUM/Agile methodology, etc.

Conduct UAT, product acceptance testing and verify required functionality was developed and implemented as per business requirements;

Accomplish team results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results, coaching, counseling team members; initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures;

Regularly liaising with R&D, QA, Delivery and Business about progress, priorities and timescales.

Delivers PRDs (Product Requirements Definition) and detailed SRSs (Software Requirements Specifications) with prioritized features;

Collect, prioritize and communicate product requirements. Manage & communicate product roadmap and release contents;

Responsible for various type of documentation including: SRS, Release notes, Training presentations and documentations, story board, System use case, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLSQualifications

10+ years experience working in digital product management with a focus on mobile applications in a Product Owner role within an Agile methodology

8+ years of work experience in Design focused in Mobile Demonstrated experience in launching mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.

Experience working with design teams and customers to conduct usability analysis and hypotheses testing.

Strong business analytic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation

Experience evaluating product analytics and KPIs and translating insights into designs

Deep expertise in designing for mobile applications and responsive web

Strong presence with the ability to persuade and quickly gain the trust of senior leaders; strong ability to build relationships with and influence colleagues, business leaders and functional partners

Demonstrable success with large, complex, global initiatives, handling multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously under tight deadlines

Familiarity in emergent technologies and how to apply them pragmatically to different business challenges

Ability to navigate a complex and matrixed environment and drive alignment around a common vision and strategy

Bachelor's Degree. Advanced degree a plus

Travel up to 20% of time
