TITLE: Junior Product Owner
Location: Remote
What You'll Do:
Participate in release and product retrospectives with system teams
Participate in product planning and forecasts with the product management team
Attend daily stand-ups and other status meetings
Maintain and report product status such as burn up/burn down and velocity charts
Participate in sprint retrospectives with the agile team
Manage backlog, release backlog and focus on product deliverables
Contribute to a roadmap and planning for your Product line including:
Proposing a list of initiatives and epics
Provide input on priorities between maintenance requirements, architecture, and new features, and maximizing the value of each release.
Recommending market-specific enhancements for all portfolio products
Participate in release planning for target dates and release packages
Skills / Experience You Will Need:
5+ years of Product Ownership or similar experience
Proven ability to communicate with engineers, customers, and salespeople
Knowledgeable in technology and B2B SaaS software
Experience working with enterprise software applications and/or large-scale product initiatives
Strong conceptual and analytical skills to form the basis of well-researched and documented plans
Strong understanding of Agile Product Management and Software Development methodologies
Knowledgeable in and experienced with environmental regulations and business needs regarding environmental compliance
Project management and organizational skills
Proven record as a self-motivated, performance-driven professional
Demonstrates sound business judgment, common sense, and insight
Behaves consistently with expressed values and ethical principles.
