TITLE: Lead Delivery Process Manager

Location: Chicago, IL

In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the development team, clearing organizational roadblocks, and keeping the delivery process consistent. The Delivery Process Manager enables the Team's success, helping the team be accountable to themselves and their stakeholders for the commitments they make. The Delivery Process Manager coaches the team to deliver high quality solutions, services and products while continuously improving delivery.

How You'll Make and Impact:

• You'll be in a very visible role within the Bank that will have interactions with various employees (from IT delivery team member to ET level) and vendors.
• Helping to lead, support and maintain our core banking system.
• You'll be responsible for driving the review, selection, and implementation of a new core banking system.

Skills / Experience You Will Need:

• Understand the connection between team initiatives and the larger, strategic picture.
• Facilitate all team Agile Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.).
• Work across the team and the organization to remove impediments to the team's progress, escalating as needed.
• Ensure the team understands processes governing delivery initiatives.
• Work with the Product Owner and Delivery Team to establish and manage release plans.
• Leverage metrics to gauge team performance and drive the necessary actions to improve.
• Ability to motivate individuals, foster teamwork and build team dynamics.
• Conduct cross-team collaboration to ensure visibility and alignment of related initiatives.
• Apply IT Security principles and controls to ensure systems and users operate safely and securely.

What you'll bring:

• College degree or relevant work experience required
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Professional (ACP) certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) desired
• Expert level knowledge with Agile Scrum framework
• 5-7 years work experience
• 3-5 years experience in IT, Finance, Banking, Treasury Operations or Capital Markets
• Familiarity with financial concepts such as advances (loan), securities and derivatives
• Strong understanding and knowledge of all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• MS Office
• Azure DevOps
• SharePoint
• ServiceNow PPM
• Ensure that relevant control processes continue to enable the consistent delivery of quality IT products and services in support of business objectives and goals.
• Genuine passion for the values underlying the Agile methodologies and how they can be effectively leveraged across the organization to improve value delivery
• Ability and commitment to guide teams to deliver shared, collective results
• Can adapt to change and rally personnel around change
