The Lead Developer – Salesforce leads teams and architects’ projects using cutting edge Salesforce Cloud and related technology, delivers high quality solutions across various industries working on holistic development projects that range in size and scope. This role performs design, architecture, and technical leadership of a team doing development and unit testing of software solutions primarily based on Salesforce Cloud technologies, including but not limited to Apex, Lightning, Force.com. Einstein Analytics, and Tableau. This position will receive continuous career development opportunities. As there are several cities listed within this job description, we would consider candidates nationwide. - Software Design: Designs solutions within Salesforce Cloud technologies to provide maximized business value and delivers strong business agility, while meeting both business and technical requirements
- Consulting: Gains a deep understanding of client needs, analyzes best practices and plays an integral part in defining and proposing business value solutions, to meet or exceed client expectations
- Software Architecture: Participates in defining the Salesforce Cloud platform and database architecture for new and existing solutions
- Implementation and Support: Performs software deployments and provides ongoing software support of Salesforce Cloud solutions for clients
- Sales Support: Effectivity participates in sales support activities
- Other duties as required Supervisory Responsibilities
- Development Team Lead: Responsible for design and technical oversight of a team of developers.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, required
- From an accredited university, preferred
- Major in Computer Science or IT, preferred Experience:
- Five (5) or more years of software development experience with application development tools such as Java, .Net or Salesforce, required
- Two (2) or more years of Salesforce tools experience with Apex, Force.com, Lightning, Einstein Analytics, required Software:
- Salesforce.com / Apex development experience, required Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
