Providing end user support to Linux users in the Chicago HQ office, as well as our remote offices
Managing, troubleshooting and updating desktop-managed Linux servers
Automating repetitive system administration tasks
Actively monitoring the health of our entire Linux Desktop environment
Requirements
Experience with Linux OS (Ubuntu)
Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.)
Experience in either Shell or Python scripting
Preferred Additional Skills
Experience troubleshooting network issues in the infrastructure environment
Experience with APT or YUM repositories
