We are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to oversee the accounting, financial reporting, and operational activities of multiple private equity funds. Reporting to the Controller, this role is responsible for fund financial statements, capital account maintenance, carried interest and waterfall calculations, portfolio valuations, cash management, performance reporting, and audit and tax coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong private equity fund accounting expertise, advanced analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to support process improvements, mentor team members, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver accurate reporting to management, investors, and other stakeholders.This role will be dedicated to one of our premier clients. A successful candidate will be located in the Chicago area and be able to work in office up to 4 days a week.
