Sika is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join its growing team in the Chicago area for our Pavers and Garden Roof teams.The garden roof operations specialist will play a key role in:Prepare quotes for custom garden roof materials.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all daily quotations within the shared quote tracker.Process sedum carpet, tile, and tray orders in SAP.Schedule and Coordinate deliveries for plant orders.Monitor orders in shared order tracker.The pavers operations specialist will play a key role in the following:Send sample requests to the sample department and quote colors as needed.Manage Layout Assistance requestProcess Price Requests for all vendors County, Mutual, Unilock, Old Castle, Hanover, Bison, GRT, Wausau & PikusUpdate existing quote requests
