Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Drive the strategy, vision and delivery of innovative cross-product capabilities and feature sets for the Mandiant Advantage platform
  • Develop and analyze business metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
  • Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined using data-driven research
  • Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products and individual features; comfortable influencing engineering & research organizations to drive new feature innovation
  • Clearly communicate vision and goals of existing and new products to both internal stakeholders, the analyst community, and customers
  • Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products
  • Drive cross-functional teams in business, product, design, and engineering
  • Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years product manager experience, with a strong preference for experience leading and scaling multiple cyber security products to success
  • Strong technical foundation in security technologies, with a focus on one or more areas - SIEM, Security Analytics, Orchestration, etc.
  • Experience with creating enterprise SaaS products, packaging, pricing, and positioning with a subscription model
  • Experience with build vs. buy decisions, creating OEM and technology partnership
  • Experience bringing new products to market and scaling to tens of thousands of customers in multiple geographies
  • Experience working directly with designers to design and iterate on product features
  • Experience with product discovery and validation
  • Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems
  • Strong project management, collaboration and time management skills
  • Experience guiding analyst relations; comfortable representing complex technology innovation narratives to analysts and media
  • Interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences

Additional Qualifications:

  • Prior experience driving product management strategy for Security Operations Center (SOC) products
  • Experience with threat intelligence, SIEM, SOAR or security analytic solutions
  • Proven success delivering feature sets that drive revenue growth

Minimum Salary: $139,000. Final salary will be determined commensurately with cost of living, experience level, and/or any other legally permissible considerations.

Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for annual bonus subject to individual and company performance; eligibility for award of Restricted Stock Units subject to eligibility requirements, approval from FireEye’s Compensation Committee, and vesting terms
