Supporting programs support for a large initiative, multi stream construction project
Divided into multiple workstreams
Providing status updates, timelines, Identify risks, be the liaison between various teams and the Project Managers leading those teams
Backfilling a person no longer in the office Really good balance of Finance and client relationships
They were very proactive across the project teams Left for Maternity Leave
PM will be collecting feedback on the projects
Face off with the project teams with some of the leaders on the teams
Make sure day to day perspective if there are any risks will help bring things forward
Critical is presentation ability, in their ability to organize the information, executive reporting and presentation, be able to start the draft, collecting various slide developments and bringing them to the higher level managers
Providing support, - other PMs on the projects
PM understands dependency and milestones and the connection between workstreams
Experience in Projects that are in Business Services not necessarily technologies
More business process PM
Large scale renovation, multi year currently at the beginning. Teams are starting to form, technology, HR, Move place strategy streams, etc. creating the streams in the beginning, each team has their own Project Manager
