Deciding between SIs for a new Salesforce Implementation (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
Mulesoft will be the integration hub
Go-live April 2021
Requirements
Experience in the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Exposure to Mulesoft
Exposure to Velocity
Come in and be the Overall Salesforce Platform Lead
o Know the best practices to get as much as possible done via configuration rather than custom development
o Manage Configurators and Developers
No plan for hands-on configuration, but maybe from time-to-time (outside of scope)
FSL experience is nice to have
o No Communities, Chatter, nor Einstein
Leads Management and Prospecting are the biggest target areas
Familiarity of Git and Jenkins or similar tools
Dual staff position: looking for contract to hire
Replacing a custom built application.
Building a new CRM for telesales for M&R
Zero resources on the team
Working with a software integrator, (Vendors that will help build this application)
o Built and customized and configured
o Hope to be done in April 2021
