Position Title: Scrum Master Duration: 6 - 12 Months with possibility of extension. Responsibilities Scrum Master – capable of supporting at least two scrum teams
6-8 yrs of experience managing multiple scrum teams
Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
Should have experience working with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
Should have experience in coaching team members
