Our direct client is looking for a Application/Infrastructure Project Manager. This is a long term contract position. looking for local candidates to Chicago.
The Project Manager will be working soley on Application and Life Cycles projects and will be onboarded as our Hybrid AGL Project Manager which stands for Application Growth Lifestyle
Candidate must have strong project management skills, and should understand various project methodologies, processes and standards. Has expertise in managing all phases of technology application and infrastructure projects from concept through implementation and maintenance to closure.
Responsible for structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, and managing project execution and completion of moderate to large projects using a prescribed methodology.
Experience with SDLC Methodology is required and Waterfall is a plus
Defines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans.
Align resource with their appropriate tasks, and manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting, need to follow PMO standard processes, change control, customer satisfaction, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
Candidate will be responsible for project documentation, project schedule, meeting agendas, minutes, status reporting, etc.
