Role: Senior IT Support Engineer Location: Chicago, IL Salary: Up to $80,000 DOE

One of New York City's leading providers of IT Solutions are looking for highly experienced IT Support Engineers who can join their dedicated technical teams supporting a range of clients throughout the Greater Chicago area.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Clear communication skills are imperative alongside a strong technical skillset backed by at least 3 years of experience. You should also be able to demonstrate a passion for problem solving and providing exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include escalated daily support for key personnel which may require on-site visits, as well as supporting a variety of project implementations and deployments as necessary.

Required Skills: 3-5 years hands-on experience with IT support and Windows desktop support In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products, especially 365 and servers Proficient use and multiple years' experience with Cloud solutions - Azure or AWS Virtualised Environment support - Hyper/VMware Experience performing network troubleshooting - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Internet connectivity Experience with routers and firewalls configurations Experience with switches, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network Previous experience in high level support of technical projects
Desirable Skills: Previous MSP experience Professional Certifications - Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Security Cloud etc.
