Maintain and implement standardized contracts on all Global Compliance Management Services (GCMS) engagements

Submit all new engagement contracts and renewals through approved Risk Management and Office General Council (OGC) channels

Active leadership in new engagement setup procedures

Evaluate, proactively develop, and communicate new thought leadership on contract improvement and contribute to the continuous improvement of GCMS contracting methodology

Share best practice knowledge on contracting with the domestic and global compliance teams

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of Paralegal experience or similar contract preparation experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Experience with internal engagement setup, contracting, and risk activities (CLEAS and CEAC) is preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational and delegation skills

Strong time and project management skills

Ability to work in a national/international teaming environment, work remotely with other team members and work self-sufficiently with appropriate oversight
