Job Description for Senior Technical Project Manager - Microsoft Full Stack, Microsoft 365 Dynamics and Power AppsThe Project Manager is accountable for managing the full life cycle of Microsoft solutions, monitoring project performance and providing status updates to management and senior leadership. With direct client interaction, the Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project lifecycle for production support.

What will you be doing day-to-day?
  • Lead project with the ability to properly initiate, plan, execute, control and close work to meet outlined success criteria.
  • Produce project deliverables consistent with project management methodologies to include, but not limited to, project schedules staffing plans, status reports, communication plans, and lessons learned documentation.
  • Align project tasks and team accountabilities with boundaries of agreed-upon scope
  • Effectively coordinate activities of the project team
  • Communicate project expectations, issues and risks to project team and senior management
  • Monitor and report on project tasks, milestones, and estimated budget
  • Ensure project changes are properly identified, communicated, documented and managed
  • Facilitate meetings to discuss project status and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Follow standards for Project Management documentation and reporting
  • Support project teams to accomplish goals
  • Demonstrate accountability for the results of the team

What experience do you need to be successful in this role?
  • 12+ years of project management experience within the IT project field
  • Experience with project management concepts, deliverables, and techniques, managing project scope, staff scheduling, and budgets
  • Experience with IT Applications, preferably cloud/web application(not necessary)

What technical skills are required to be successful in this role?
  • Knowledge of standard SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall or Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of the technologies in the Microsoft stack(Exchange, O365, Access and Identify, Azure, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Dynamics, Power Apps).
  • Experience using MS Project / Project Online
  • Proficient with using Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
