Be obsessed with guest satisfaction.Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayUnderstand shift end reports in the outlet and the Point of Sale SystemUnderstand all reservations systems and iPad systems for seating chartsHave knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsHave full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methodsFollow brand policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageFollow hotel time and attendance policyFollow grooming and attire guidelinesMust be available to work flexible shifts including AM, PM, evenings and weekendsOther duties as assigned
