The Service Desk Technician role is an
On-site 8 week contract (potentially longer) role with a midsize company in Chicago. A top candidate will understand challenges people are having onsite, have the ability from a resolution perspective to fix printing, scanning and PC connection issues, and have the ability to follow notes and take employee PCs from the old hybrid on premise environment to online azure world.
