My client is looking for an eager, independent, ambitious candidate to join their team of Global Customer Support Steam in their Chicago Office. This position is not full-remote and will require days in our office in downtown Chicago. If you are a passionate and self-driven Customer Support person who aspires to work for a market leader serving the aviation & travel industries that helps power both the US and world economies we have the opportunity for you! As part of their Global Customer Support team, you will strive to provide a world class customer service experience. Bringing seven plus years of customer support experience in a SaaS or DaaS environment you will ensure each and every customer receives prompt courteous service. They are looking for a candidate that is detail oriented that will allow you to manage all facets of your support cases while providing excellent follow-up. Previous Sr Customer Support success has proven your ability to meet and exceed high standards of customer satisfaction. Ideally, you have used a CRM such as Salesforce to efficiently manage your cases/tasks. You also will have IT Domain Skills, with focus on data management, SQL and the Snowflake platform along with Data analysis skills and Technical Support or consulting experience.
