Around 8+ years' experience leading TOSCA automation engagements
Develop and implement the overall QA Automation strategy
CI/ CD process - Exp w/ multiple TA tools (TOSCA Preferred for this POC)
Hands on Exp on any other automation tool (ex: Java/C#/Selenium) based projects
Develop and implement the overall QA strategy
Ensure quality standards are maintained, Test Governance
Ensuring the long-term viability and sustainability of quality assurance, quality control practices & CI/CD
Is responsible for the design and implementation of "best in class" automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca for various projects and initiatives
Liaise with business and client to ensure overall project objectives and timelines can be met
Test Preparation, Test Execution & Defect Management
Understand the applicability of different types of functional and non-functional tests (e.g: Automation, Performance, Usability, Security, etc), as well as its different levels (Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance, etc)
Knowledge and experience of functional and non-functional testing
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
