Treasury F&S Advsr-Service (GBAM Ops)Chicago, IllinoisJob Description:Line of Business Role DescriptionPrimary point of contact for high revenue clients, responsible for day to day servicing of treasury, cash management, card and/or depository products and services of varying complexity. Provides relationship management, servicing and technical assistance to internal business partners to resolve complex, unique client requests. Key Responsibilities: Receive and respond to requests received by phone, email from clients and internal partners; Perform Quality Assurance functions to ensure high risk processes are completed per procedure; Research complex issues raised by clients working with the banks card platforms that are not resolved by first point of contact; Work closely with technical partners both internally and externally to resolve clients issues.Responsibilities: 2-3 years prior banking experience, knowledge of Treasury Management products, and/or project management experience with proven client interaction abilities. Comfortable being a client advocate Able to work independent of direct supervision Ability to escalate appropriately to resolve client escalations and to meet and exceed client’s implementation timeline Problem/solving/analytical and organizational skills Comfortable excelling in a metric and timeline driven environmentRequirements:-Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner∙ Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience∙ Ability to work under pressure in a team environment∙ Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds∙ Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
