Demonstrated skills creating process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX deliverables.
Solid experience with design tools (Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, etc.)
Ability to understand customer needs, motivations and behaviors and translate them into design hypotheses.
In depth knowledge of user centered design principles and human interface guidelines, standards, conventions, and best practices
Comfortable conducting customer discovery research, designing experiments, and planning and conducting usability sessions.
Comfortable creating and delivering wireframes, prototypes, functional specifications, and flowcharts.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; must be able to communicate clearly with existing customers, potential product users, the core team as well as different cross-functional teams.
Strong influencing, story telling and presentation skills.
Experience with rapid, iterative solution delivery methods
Excellent attention to detail, quality of work, and time management skills

We are actively hiring two REMOTE Interior Design Specialists for the largest eCommerce company headquartered in Seattle, WA. Role will be 100% remote, candidates will be able to support their own time zone, but must be willing to support PST hours for training in the first 4 weeks. Start date will be 6/10/2024.
