4 Charles Prime Rib is seeking an Executive Chef to join the team. The restaurant is part of a Chicago based hospitality group called Hogsalt Hospitality, run by Brendan Sodikoff, and includes Au Cheval, Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen, Maudes Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market. Up to $90k based on experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is proficient in problem solving. Must believe in quality by consistently upholding defined standards over time. Must have the ability to positively lead others by practicing generosity and hospitality toward teammates and our guests while multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads. Looking for a culinary leader with open availability and at least 2 years experience an Executive Chef.

4 Charles Prime Rib is an intimate supper club tucked away in the charming West Village neighborhood of Manhattan. This late night dining den welcomes friends, family, and regulars for gorgeous cuts of prime rib, fresh seafood and strong drinks.
