Experienced Pizza Cook & Prep Kitchen Manager (Chicago / Evanston)
SECOND CITY Pizza & Pasta is seeking experienced pizza cooks/pizza prep/manager for 3 store openings in the Chicago/Evanston area. Must have pan pizza (Chicago deep-dish or stuffed pizza) preparation knowledge - able to follow recipes, baking procedures and/or maintaining an ingredient supply inventory. Second City will be offering catering, delivery, intimate dining room service, frozen, by-the-slice, mini-pizza and carry-out.
Our menu consists of deep dish pizza, pasta, entree specials, salads, soups, garlic rolls and desserts.
Prep/kitchen staff must be knowledgeable about Chicago deep-dish pan pizza prep, assembly and baking.
Must be dependable, disciplined, detail-oriented and be focused on turning out the best pizza products, consistently.
