Shallot's Bistro is a busy, well established, 13 year old fine dining steakhouse and sushi restaurant. We also happen to be kosher. We serve USDA prime cuts of kosher beef, sushi grade seafood, and premium kosher cocktails.
Shallot's is open 6 days a week, Sunday through Thursday, from 11:30am to 9:00pm. We are closed ALL Fridays, and on Saturday's open one hour after sunset.
We are seeking experienced Hosts to join our team of service professionals who take care of our discerning, generous guests.
