Open Call Details: During the Open Call expect a 5-15 minute interview where you will get to meet with various leaders of our Hogsalt Leadership team. Please come prepared with any questions you may have about the position you are interested in.
Brendan Sodikoffâs, Aster Hall is looking for a Full Time Line Cook, Prep Cooks and Overnight Pastry Production Cook to join their team! Aster Hall is located at 900 N Michigan Ave and is a food hall compiling some of Hogsalt Hospitalityâs greatest hits, such as 3 Greens Market â Small Cheval â Green Street Smoked Meats â High Five Ramen.
Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is proficient in problem-solving. Must achieve quality results by consistently upholding defined standards over time. We value stability, longevity and encourage growth within our company. Will need to have a Food Handler certification.
Line Cook: Starting rate is $18/hr. Must be available to work 11am-9pm on the weekdays and 10am-7:30pm on the weekends.
Prep Cook: Up to $17/hr based on experience. Must be available to work 6am-2pm including weekends.
Overnight Pastry Production Cook: Up to $18/hr based on experience. Must be available to work 11pm-7am including weekends.
Aster Hall is a vibrant food hall on the North end of Chicagoâs Magnificent Mile. Guestâs can experience Aster Hall on 3 floors of the 900 N Michigan Shops. As guests enter 900 N Michigan, they are greeted by the scent of pastries and freshly brewed espresso drinks of our 3 Greens Cafe & Bakery. If pastries arenât on the menu today, guests can experience Hogsaltâs greatest hits (with some new additions) through 12 unique food vaults on the fifth floor, 3 Greens Market, the Chocolate Bar and Aster Hall Coffee and Juice Bar. Lastly on the 6th floor is the Aster Hall Bar and Study. Guests can enjoy an open seating space with a view of the lake that is serving up classic cocktails, beer and wine, along with an extensive spirits selection.
