OPEN CALL: If you are interested in joining our team, please come to our open call interviews every Monday from 4pm-5pm at Maudes Liquor Bar (840 W. Randolph Street, Chicago) OR Tuesday & Wednesday from 12pm-1pm at Radio Anago (226 W. Kinzie Street, Chicago) for a 5-15 minute interview with members of Hogsalt leadership. Open Call Details: During the Open Call expect a 5-15 minute interview where you will get to meet with various leaders of our Hogsalt Leadership team. Please come prepared with any questions you may have about the position you are interested in.
Hogsalt, the Chicago-based restaurant group run by Brendan Sodikoff, is hosting a weekly open call for all our restaurants. We are seeking talented, responsible, and driven people with a passion for all things food and beverage. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. We look for individuals who have open availability including evenings and weekends, are irrepressibly positive in their communication style, and who are thoughtful in decision making.
Hogsalt features establishments such as Au Cheval, Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen, Maudes Liquor Bar, and 3 Greens Market.
Line Cooks: $18-$20/hr based on experience
Dishwashers: $13-$15/hr based on experience
Bussers: Hourly rate + Tips
Sous Chefs: $50-$60k based on experience
