ROLE:
This position will be a key member of the plating and portioning team for all prepared meals. In addition, this individual will assist with prep projects in the kitchen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
⢠Manage and assist with the daily plating and packaging of all prepared meals
⢠Assist the kitchen as necessary with prep projects
⢠Serve as the âlast point of contactâ for the food and ensure that quality standards are being upheld
⢠Maintain the highest standards for food safety and cleanliness
⢠Participate in daily cleaning projects
⢠Be a participant in an active and well-organized production kitchen
⢠Positively contribute to the work environment and make every effort to improve each day
QUALIFICATIONS:
⢠At least 1 year working in high-volume food production
⢠Availability Saturday-Tuesday, 7am-4pm
⢠Able to stand and work with your hands for 8 hours at a time
⢠Strong focus and organizational skills
⢠Posses a team oriented-approach to problem solving
⢠Posses a strong sense of urgency
⢠Show a willingness to learn from others
⢠Spanish fluency and basic knife skills is a plus
