Brendan Sodikoff's retro-style burger joint is seeking a Line Cook for our Small Cheval location at 150 N. Riverside. Small Cheval is part of Hogsalt Hospitality, run by Brendan Sodikoff, which includes Au Cheval, Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen, Maude's Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market. Pay rates range from $18-$20/hr based on experience.

Small Cheval is a short menu of the essentials - cheeseburgers, hamburgers and fries. Guests have the option to add bacon, lettuce and tomato. Each cheeseburger is stacked on a toasted bun with two beef patties, melted cheese, pickles, diced red onions and Dijonnaise. Condiments are provided by Sir Kensington's, a purveyor of all-American condiments made with all-natural ingredients.
