Well Done Hospitality's creative and modern approach to French Cuisine with an outstanding service team, is looking for a strong leader, with solid cooking technique, who can think critically, be constructive, understanding, and flexible. Candidates need to develop, instruct, cultivate and protect our positive and encouraging work environment. Must have a background in American and French Cooking, knowledge of fish and meat butchery. Solid line cooking technique and able to endear oneself to others in a positive and encouraging fashion is a must.
