About the Role
We’re looking for a Chiropractic Assistant who will be the friendly face patients meet when they walk in and the supportive guide who helps them through their chiropractic experience. This hybrid role combines front desk excellence with hands-on patient interaction. This role requires high energy, ability to multi-task under pressure, detail oriented and confident. If you have an interest or background in chiropractic, natural wellness, movement, or holistic health, you’ll fit right in!
Front Desk Duties
- Welcome patients with kindness, confidence, and a smile
- Manage check-ins and check-outs
- Schedule appointments with care and accuracy
- Answer phones and patient questions
- Maintain a clean, organized, positive environment
- Support office flow so the day runs smoothly
- Patient Care Support
- Guide patients through their visit and help them feel comfortable
- Assist the doctor with exams, therapies, and patient education
- Track patient progress and communicate needs to the provider
- Help maintain treatment rooms and equipment

Work Hours (In Person)
Mondays 9:30am-1:30pm & 2:45pm-6:30pm
Wednesdays 9:30am-1:00pm & 2:45pm-6:30pm
Fridays 9:30am-1:00pm & 2:45pm-6:30pm
Saturdays 8:30am-10:30am
