Well established fee for service pediatric dental practice in Algonquin IL is seeking an experienced Hygienist or a recent program graduate to join the team on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting in mid January 2026. Thursdays will be added in July 2026 to make 3 full days. If you are in the far Northwest Suburbs and would like to supplement your existing schedule with additional days or would like to begin your RDH career with a welcoming and supportive practice, this is an ideal opportunity. Our office well organized with consistent scheduling and cohesive staff made up of long-term employees who support, guide and develop our new hires to ensure a new team member’s success.
Our ideal candidate:
- Prefers working with children, tweens and young adults.
- Has 1 - 3 years hygiene experience and brings a positive, encouraging communication when teaching good oral hygiene
- Posses the ability to be patient and positive while meeting the needs of the patient and appointment objectives
- Experienced and comfortable with sealant and fluoride applications
- Is a confident communicator who clearly conveys oral hygiene status with parents, patients, and the doctors

Pay is commensurate or above other well-established pediatric practices and reflective of existing experience, certifications and demonstrated skills.
