Job Description:
Prep all vehicles for the Body Shop and paint by masking, taping, priming and blocking, painting
Unmask vehicle removing all paper, plastic and tape used during the paint process
Examine all vehicles after painted for any imperfections that may result in repainting
Wet sand and buff surfaces as needed
Job Requirements
Previous experience as a painter preferred
Working knowledge of all aspects of painting body parts and bodies of vehicles
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Valid driver's license
Ability to use hand and power tools and other machinery safely
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This is a physically demanding position.
Will stand six to eight hours per shift.
Will lift parts weighing up to 70 pounds.
Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, paint, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
