Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and repair commercial overhead doors and dock equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members
Work independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience with commercial overhead doors and/or loading dock equipment
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Pride in quality work
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Dependable, professional, and self-directed
Valid driver’s license
