Brilliant Results Cleaning Service Is Hiring!
The Position:
Cleaning homes in Valparaiso, IN and surrounding communities.
We work as 2 or 3 person teams in company vehicles.
What we are offering:
Average starting wage of $9.50. Up to $14. (More compensation details listed in "additional information" section))
We pay by the hour; you get paid whether you are cleaning or driving
Teams drive in company vehicle
Eligible for wage increase within 30 - 60 days
Paid holidays after 90 days (6 Paid Days)
Performance/incentive bonuses
1 Week paid vacation after 1 year
2 Weeks paid vacation after 3 years

-Monday Friday / 8:30am - 5:30pm availability
-No criminal record
-Valid driver's license
-Live within 20 miles of Valparaiso, IN
-Excellent work ethic

All new employees start as a Team Member.
Team Member in Training:
30 - 60 Days
$9.50/hour
Team Member:
$10/hour - $12/hour
Team Leader in Training:
30 - 90 Days
$10.50/hour - $11/hour
Team Leader:
$11/hour - $14/hour (Base Pay & Bonuses)
