What We’re Looking For
Solid experience with HVAC installs and service (residential + light commercial)
Ability to diagnose, repair, and install furnaces, AC units, condensers, thermostats, ductwork, and related components
Someone dependable, honest, and able to represent our company professionally
Must be willing to follow project schedules and communicate clearly with our team
Ability to work independently without supervision
EPA certification preferred, not required (we can help guide if needed)
