Surface Restoration Co that provides Pressure Washing - Sweeping - Line Striping - Snow Plowing and more seeking Experienced, Hardworking and Reliable individuals to join our team. The right person for this job has a basic understanding of mechanics, valid driverâs license, a high school diploma, and performs well in a fast paced work environment. Experience is preferred but we are willing train the right person on all aspects of the services we provide.
Duties include: Pressure washing sidewalks / parking garages, fleet washing, line striping, snow plowing, making minor equipment repairs on an as needed basis and other errands.
Requirements:
⢠Previous Experience in Commercial Pressure Washing
⢠Can Work Outdoors in differing weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, etc)
⢠Can lift between 50-75 lbs with relative ease
⢠Able to work independently and with minimum direction
⢠Good attention to detail
⢠Follow instructions strictly and without repetition
⢠Work with mechanical equipment safely and can troubleshoot issues as they arise.
⢠Must have valid DL and good driving record and experience towing trailers.
⢠Good communication and friendly attitude.
⢠Subject to background and drug test.
⢠Must have reliable transportation
⢠Able to work a flexible schedule (occasional overnights & weekends)
⢠During the winter candidates must be available 24/7 for snow events
