Eastern Accents is a family owned manufacturer of luxury textiles located in the Avondale area. We have been in business for over 30 years and during this time we have established long-lasting and loyal relationships with our customers, and we plan on keeping it this way, while building new ones too. We are currently looking for an energetic and passionate Entry Level Marketing Assistant. This individual must be interested in home décor, textiles, or fashion (or other related field) and have a keen eye for attention to detail. Typical work hours for this position are 8:00 – 4:30pm, but must be flexible depending on business needs.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube)
• Copywriting (product descriptions, advertising copy)
• PR (writing press releases, media outreach)
• Detailed oriented, organized and superb customer service skills
• Must have a keen eye for colors and fabric
• Good written English
• Ability to adjust writing style and social media style to suit our brand
• Some light design experience would be helpful, but not a must
• Additional responsibilities as necessary
